Working with us
Who do you work with?
Small and growing businesses, usually with 5 to 50 people, in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and the UAE. We also work with agencies that sell AI and data services to their own clients and need a team to build them.
Where is your team based?
In Lahore, Pakistan. We overlap with UK and UAE working hours and keep a few hours of overlap with US and Canadian time zones for calls.
How do projects start?
With a free 30 minute call about your problem. If we are a good fit, we send a short written plan with scope, timeline and price before any work begins.
Can you work as a white label partner for my agency?
Yes. We can build chatbots, dashboards and automations under your brand, and your clients deal only with you.
Pricing and timelines
How do you price projects?
Most projects have a fixed price agreed in advance, based on a clear scope. Ongoing support and smaller changes can be billed monthly or hourly.
How long does a typical project take?
A single dashboard or a simple chatbot usually takes two to four weeks. Prediction models and larger automations take longer, and we give you a timeline in the plan.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes a short period of fixes after launch, and you can add monthly support for updates and monitoring.
Data and ownership
Who owns the work?
You do. Once the project is paid, the code, dashboards and models are yours, and they run in accounts you own.
How do you handle our data?
We only access what the project needs, we are happy to sign an NDA, and we remove our access when the work is done.
